Poole Town FC - Sponsor the Stand Campaign
To Supporters and Friends of Poole Town Football Club
As you will probably be aware, we need to make several improvements to our facilities if we are to secure a place in the Wessex League Division 1 - this would give us mouth-watering league derbies against clubs like Wimborne Town, Hamworthy United, Bournemouth Poppies, Christchurch and Lymington & New Milton.
We have been granted planning permission for a new stand which includes 150 seats with covered standing for a further 100 people, together with provision for 6 wheelchair spaces.
The total cost is likely to exceed £70,000. The directors are working on securing funding from the Football Foundation and the Local Authority. We have received a generous donation from Jacobs & Reeves solicitors to be the main sponsors of the stand, but we still face a significant cash shortfall which the Football Club will have to find. Please could you therefore consider whether you could help the club by becoming a contributory sponsor towards the cost of the proposed new stand. We are offering two packages, with discounted rates for our younger and oldest supporters.
Option 1 - Sponsor a Seat
A permanent record of your sponsorship displayed within the stand and within the Club's hospitality room.
A record of your sponsorship on display in the matchday programme
£25 discount on 2005/06 Season Ticket* (£15 discount for OAPs & U16s)
Cost £150 (£75 for
OAPs & U16s)
Option 2 - Sponsor a Standing Place
A permanent record of your sponsorship displayed within the stand and within the Club's hospitality room.
A record of your sponsorship on display in the matchday programme
£15 discount on 2005/06 Season Ticket* (£10 discount for OAPs & U16s)
Cost £75 (£40 for OAPs & U16s)
* Should we secure promotion to Wessex League Division 1, it is likely that admission
charges would increase to £4 per fixture, with the season ticket price increasing to £75
(from £55).
