confirmed that Winchester City have been promoted to the Wessex League for the coming

News The proposed friendly against Newpoer IOW has been cancelled as Newport now have the opportunity to play Sheffield United. Instead Poole Town will now travel to Weymouth on the same date so the revised fixtures are as follows:- 19/07/03 - Hamworthy United
(away) Player News Poole Town have signed striker Lee
Manning from Wessex League Christchurch. Lee is believed to be Christchurch's top scorer
last season with 17 goals. Karim Benssaouda has now had the appeal against the red card at Micheldever heard. Again they have been lenient and dished out a further 14 day ban. Karim has one more red card to face and currently his ban is from 1st September to 12th October - much better than was first feared. |
